Our lives are made up of stories, stories we tell ourselves, believe about ourselves, and stories others tell about who we are. Maybe your story is not the one you expected, wanted, or worked towards and you find yourself stuck. It may be pain from the past or difficult situations in the present that are keeping you from moving forward in life. That's where I can help.
Working with adults, teens and couples, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy mixed with Narrative Therapy, I offer an eclectic approach tailored to the needs of each unique client. The mix of a solid foundation in the science of psychology and the hope offered by a loving, accepting relationship can help open the door to lasting healing, growth, and change.
Working to change and grow through therapy can be difficult but it can also be beautiful and fun, and certainly fulfilling. We understand the power of the human/animal connection and welcome all certified emotional support/service dogs. My goal is to create a place where you can be comfortable during the process as you create the story you want to live!
